Welcome to Instructional Technology and Media Services (ITMS). ITMS personnel provide, support, and maintain multimedia equipment for classrooms and other locations on the University of Southern Maine campuses.  ITMS is also home to a collection of non-print instructional materials.   Use this website to navigate through the services and equipment available to the University community.

Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Please note that Gorham is open until 4:00 pm on Fridays)

Classroom Support is available Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (Portland, Gorham), 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (LAC); Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Gorham), 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (LAC), 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Portland); Saturday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (Portland only)

After office hours, please leave a message on the emergency number if the technician on duty does not answer.  The technician on duty checks the voicemail regularly.

Lewiston Auburn College:  753-6540  ITMS equipment services are provided by the Commons @ LAC; there is no after-hours support.
